Ecstatic Dance Party

An evening of dance and expressive movement open to all ages, all genders. Opening meditation begins at 7pm followed by gentle, intuitive movements. Some guidance and structure will be offered as we ease into a free flow that honors our individual physical and internal states. Winter Solstice Yoga Mala

Welcome the changing of the seasons with a Yoga Mala of 108 sun salutations. A full mala will be offered in 4 rounds of 27 (two rounds of A and two of B), though participants are encouraged to complete only as many or as few that feel physically beneficial. Each of the four rounds will have their own dedications or focal points. Feel free to bring a journal or items to place on the altar that invoke winter solstice blessings in your practice. This is a donation based event open to all ages and skill levels.
